RESOLUTION ORDERING IDIPROVF 11TS L D FINAL PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTLILL ES OF COSTS THEREOF: STRE92
IMPROVFI-IEDIT PROJECT ST. 1967 -1 (ADDENDUN #5)
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 123-1967 of the City Council adopted the
19th day of June, 1967, set the date for hearing on the proposed
improvements, as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached
hereto for reference as Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in said notice)
were given ten (10) days notice by mail and published notice of the Council
Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the required notice, and yhe
hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon at the hearing, as
noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Fridle;,
Anoka County, Xinnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution
No.125 -1967 are hereby ordered to be e p
Elected and completed
as soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
a) The following improvements as noted tender the Construction
Item in the Notice of Hearing (in Exhibit "A ") for the street
Street Improvements, including grading, stabilized 'gas hot_
mix, bituminous mat, concrete curb and patter,
water and sewer services and other facilities,
located as follows:
Street:
Third Street: From 57" Place to 58th Avenue
That the viork above may be consolidated with other areas as
one improvement.
2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed
under one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon
receipt of bids.
j. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the Engineer for this
` improvement. He shall prepare final plans and specifications
for the making of such inprovecent.
