RESOLUTION NO. 128 -1967
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF FRIDLEY TO ENTER INTO A
COOPERATIVE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT NO. 55472 WITH THE STATE OF
MINNESOTA
BE IT RESOLVED, That the City enter into an agreement with
the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following
purposes, to -wit:
To provide for payment by the State to the City of Fridley of
part of the cost of a storm sewer to be constructed by the City of
Fridley in the Target Store area - from Trunk Highway No. 694
southerly along a city street outletting south of 53rd Avenue N.E.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor and Clerk be and they
hereby are authorized to execute such agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
THIS 5TH DAY OF JULY, 1961.
