WHEREAS, Resolution No. 119 -1967 of the City Council adopted the
19m day of June, 1967, set the date for hearing on the proposed imp-rovemants,
as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearin, attached hereto fo-r reference
as Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS,-all of the property ownc-rs whose property is liable to
be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in said notice)
were given ten (10) days notice by mail and published notice of the Council
Hearin, through two (2) weekly publications of the required notice, and the
hearing was held ant the property owners heard thereon at the hearing;, as
noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota,, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council
Resolution No. 119 - -1967 are hereby ordered to be
effected and: completed as soon as reasonably possible
to -wit:
a. All of the improvements as noted in the notice of
hearing on tl,e sae as are noted (in Exhibit "A ")
in said notice, except Item C.: Water main extension
on the West side of properties on Main Street (along
Railroad- Tracks) between 45°ri Avenue and 53rd Avenue.
That the work above may be consolidated with other
areas as one improvement.
2. The work to be performed under this project may be
performed under one or more contracts as may be deemed
advisable upon receipt of bids.
3. Comstock and Davis, Inc., Consulting Engineers, are
hereby desio ated as the Engineers for this improrem=-r.t.
They shall prepare final plans and specifications for
the making of such improvement.
