SPECIFICATIONS AITD ESTUZ ATE'S OF COSTS THEREOl':
STREET IMPROVEAENT PROJECT ST. 1966 -1
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 125 -1967 of the City Council adopted the
19t21 day of June, 1967, set the date for hearing on the proposed improve-
ments, as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached hereto for
reference as Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, all. of the property owners whose property is liable to
be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in said Notice)
were given ten (10) days notice by mail and published notice of the Council
Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the required notice, and the
hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon at the hearing, as
noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution.
No. 125 -1967 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed
as soon as reasonably possible, to-wit:
a) The improvements as noted under the Construction Item
in the Notice of Hearing (in Exhibit "A ") for the
following street:
-- Stinson Boulevard: From Mississippi Street to 66i Ave.
That the work above may be consolidated with other areas as
one improvement.

2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed
under one or more contracts as may be deemed. advisable upon
receipt of bids.
3. That the City Enroineer, Nasim G,ureshi, and Milner W. Carley
and Associates, are hereby designated as the Engineers for
this improvement. They shall prepare final plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEEY THIS 10th
DAY OF JULY , 1967.
