A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR WATER, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 79
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council August 7, 1967
the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the
cost of Water, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 79,
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City
of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 11th day of
September at 8:00 P.M. to pass upon the proposed assessment
for Water, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Improvement Project
No. 79.
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and
place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City,
at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
THIS 7th DAY OF AUGUST 1967.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT
WATER, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 79
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet
at the City Hall in said City on the 11th day of September 1967 at 8:00 P.M.
to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assessments in
I respect to the following improvement to wit:
WATER, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 79
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file
and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office
of the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections to
the proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construction
of water mains and connecting lines, sanitary sewer mains and connecting
lines and storm sewer in the lands and streets designated in manner as follows:

The area
proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is
all that
land benefited by said improvements or each of them and abutting on
or lying
adjacent to the above named area. Said improvements will be assessed
against
the properties within the above noted areas in whole or in part
proportionately
to each of the lands therein contained according to the
benefits
received. The total cost of the improvement is $130,097.21.
