RESOLUTION NO. 147 -1967
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE
LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERITES FOR COLLECTION WITH THE
TAXES PAYABLE IN 1968
WHEREAS, a nuisance condition has been found to exist on Lot 3,
Auditor's Subdivision Number 21, Parcel 180,
WHEREAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate
such nuisance, and
WHEREAS, the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance
and the City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Minnesota
State Statute of 1953 did thereofre abate the nuisance at a total
cost of $450.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to certify to the County Auditor for col-
lection with the taxes payable in 1968, the charges as listed below:
Lot 3, Auditor's Subdivision #21, Parcel 180 $450.00
Cleaning up debris
TOTAL $450.00
