A RESOLUTION MAKING A TRANSFER FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY FUND TO IrPROVEN?EN"T
BONDS OF 1960 FUND, IMPROVEPTNT BONDS OF 1963 FUND, 'd -75 WATERWORKS
IMPROVEMENT BOND FUND AND REFUNDING BOND FUND.
WHEREAS, tax levies, or transfers are necessary to provide the required
amount of money in certain improvement bond funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the, City of
Fridley, meeting at a regular session on the 21st day of August, 1967,
as follows:
1. That a transfer from the Public Utility Operating Fund to the
Improvement Bonds of 1960 Fund in the amount of $6,950.00 be
authorized for the purpose of eliminating the tax levy for the
year of 1967, collectible in the year 1968.
2. That a transfer from the Public Utility Operating Fund to the
Improvement Bonds of 1963 Fund in the amount of $24,150.00 be
authorized for the purpose of eliminating the tax levy for the
year 1967, collectible in the year 1968.
3. That a transfer from the Public Utility Operating Fund to the
Waterworks Improvement Bond Fund W -75 in the amount of $52,400.00
authori -zed for the purpose of eliminating the tax levy for the
' year 1967, collectible in the year 1968.
4. That a transfer from the Public Utility Operating Fund to the
Refunding Bond Fund in the amount of $55,115.00 for the purpose
or reducing the tax levy for the year 1967, collectible in 1968
be authorized.
5.. That the transfer of the 1967 collections from the Service
Connections to the Refunding Bond Fund for the purpose of
reducing the tax_ levy for the year 1967, collectible in 1968
be authorized.
