A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED
ASSESSia,:NT ROLL FOR STREET IAiPROV01'NT PROJECT NO. 1966 -4
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on
August 21, 1967, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a
proposed assessment of the cost of street improvements,
concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer system, sanitary
sewer services and other facilities.
hTYRLAS, the Clerk has notified the Cownci1 that such
proposed assessrent roll has been completed and filed in his
office for public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY) ANOKA COUNTY, N.INNESOTA, AS FOLL0IVS:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall
in the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota,
on the i d day of occ12er_ _ _ 1967,
at 8:00 P.M. to pass upon, the proposed assessment
for Street Improvement Project No. 1966 -4,
2. The City r1anager shall publish notices of the time
and place of meetin& in the official newspaper of
the City, at least two (2) weeks prior to such
meeting.

NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1966 -4
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will
meet at the City Hall in said City on the 2nd day of October 1967., at 8 :00
o'clock P.M., to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed
assessments in respect to the following improvement, to -wit:
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1966 -4
The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now
on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the
office of the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing the Council will consider written or oral objections
to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements.
The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the
construction of street improvements, including grading, stabilized base,
bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer system and
other facilities located as follows:
2nd Street - 45th Avenue to 49th Avenue
2'k Street - 45th Avenue to 49th Avenue
3rd Street - 46th Avenue to 49th Avenue
45th Avenue - Main to 3rd Street
46th Avenue - Main to 3rd Street
47th Avenue - Main to 3rd Street
48th Avenue - Main to 3rd Stteet
49th Avenue - Main to University Avenue
Fireside Drive - Highway #65 to Central Avenue
Viron Road - Fireside Drive North to Existing Pavement
75th Way - East River Road to Existing Pavement on Alden Way
The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of
them is all that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and
lying within the general area of the above noted streets.
Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within
the above noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the
lands therein contained according to the benefits received.
