' COST SHARING AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF MINNESOTA (64TH AVENUE
AND 5TH STREET)
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City enter into an agreement with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following pur-
poses, to -wit:
To provide for construction by the City of Fridley of,a Trunk High-
way No. 47 frontage road upon and along 64th Avenue N.E. and 5th
Street N.E., and payment by the State to the City of part of the _
cost of said frontage road construction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk be and
they hereby are authorized to execute such agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
5TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1967.
