A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CITY'S INSURANCE
PROGRAM FOR 1968.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley. Anoka
County, Minnesota as follows:
WHEREAS, the Council has employed Bachman Anderson, Inc.,
to study and make recommendations regarding the insurance program
for the City; and
WHEREAS, Bachman - Anderson, Inc., completed said study and
made recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of obtaining insurance coverage
on a competitive bid basis.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Council hereby requests
and authorises Bachman- Anderson, Inc., to prepare necessary specifications
for the City's insurance program for the calendar year of 1968. Said
specifications to be in such a form as to make it possible for the
entertaining of competitive bids for insurance coverage.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said specifications be furnished
to the Council prior to the first Council meeting in October, 1967.
