RESOLUTION NO. 182 -1967
- RESOLUTION ORDERING I1,1PROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF:
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1967 -1, (ADDENDUM #1)
WHEREAS, Resolution No.173 -1967 of the City Council adopted the
-18th day of Sept., 1967, set the date for hearing on the proposed improve-
ments, as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached hereto for
reference as Exhibit "A ", and

_ WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to
be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in said Notice)
_
were given ten (10) days notice by mail and published notice of the Council
Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the required notice, and the
- hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon at the hearing, as Y
noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
- Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:

1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution
- No.173 -1967 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed
as soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
- a) The improvements as noted under the Construction Item
in the Notice of Hearing (in Exhibit "A ") for the
following street:
Hugo Street: East River Road to East End of Street
Connecting With Ironton Street
That the work above may be consolidated with other areas as
_ one improvement. -
2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed
_ - -
under one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon
_ receipt of bids.
-'3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the Engineer for this
-= improvement. He shall prepare final plans and specifications
for the making of such improvement.
