WHEP.EAS, the owner of such property was given notice to abate such
nuisance, and
WHEREAS) the owner of such property did not abate such nuisance and the
City of Fridley, under authority of Section 145.23 Mi.nr,e.sota State Statute_ of
1953 dial therefore abate the nuisance at a total. cost of M32.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to certify to the County Auditor for collection. with the taxes
