RESOLUTION NO. 191 — 1967
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE BOARD
OF WATER COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF ST, PAUL BY THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
CONCERNING A PAYMENT IN LIEU OF STREET ASSESSMENTS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of St. Paul,
Minnesota, has certain property together with structures and dwellings
on the same that is presently or will in the future be served by
improved streets put in by the City of Fridley, and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been drawn purporting to determine the
cost and the conditions for such improvement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fridley that the Mayor and the City Manager be authorized and directed
to execute in behalf of the City of Fridley the said agreement dated
November , 1967.
