RES 1967-193 - 00010903t 1 RESOLUTION NO. 19.3 -1962 A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING A PU11LIC HEARLNG ON THE PLATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEME:. \TS - STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST•1968 -1 AND ST. 1968 -2 283. .t WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be in the interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners affected there- by. BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley, as fol- lows: 1. That the preliminary report submitted by the City Engineer, Nasim Qureshi, is hereby received and accepted. 2. That this Council will meet on the 11th day of D208mrPr , 1967 at 3:00 o'clock P.M. at the City Hall in the City of Fridley for the purpose of holding a Public Hearing on the improvement noted in the Notice attached hereto and made a part thereof by- 'reference, Exhi- bit "A 3. That the area proposcd to be assessed for said improvements and each of them as noted in said notice are all the lands and areas as noted in said notice: All of the same to be assessed proportionately ac- cording to the benefits received. 4. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to give notice of such Public Hearing by publishing a notice thereof in the official newspaper of the City of Fridley according to law, such notice to be substantially in the form and substance of the notice attached here- to as Exhibit "A ". . NOW THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the III day of December, 1967, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. the City Council will meet at the City Hall in said City, and will at said time and place hear all parties interested in said improvements in whole or in part. All of said land to be assessed proportionately according to the benefits received by such improvements. That should the Council proceed with said improvements they will consider each separate improvement, except as hereafter otherwise provided by the Council all under the following authority, to -wit: Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 429 and laws amendatory thereof, and in conformity with the City Charter.
