RESOLUTION NO. 194 -1967
RESOLUTION EXECUTING AGREEMENT #55619 S.P. 0205 -32
FOR SIGNALS AT T.H. 447 AND ITS INTERSECTION WITH
OSBORNE ROAD AND INTERSTATE #694 RAMPS
BE IT RESOLVED That the City enter into an agreement
with the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the
following purposes, to -wit:
To install a traffic control signal and street lights
on Trunk Highway No. 47 (University Avenue N.E.) at
its intersection with Osborne Road (County State Aid
Highway 8) and at the intersection T.H. 47 and T.H.
694 Ramps with interconnection to 57th Avenue on T.H.
47 in accordance with the terms and conditions set
forth and contained in Agreement No. 55619 a copy of
which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor and Clerk
be and they are authorized to execute such agreement.
