RESOLUTION NO. 194A -1967
A RESOLUTION REGARDING DOUBLE FRONTAGE LOTS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley has passed
Ordinance No. 381 relating to double frontage lots within the City
of Fridley; and
WHEREAS, such lots exist in Blocks 3, 4, 5, and 6 of City
View Addition, City of Fridley; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley wishes further protection under
Ordinance No. 381 for the lots in the above described Blocks of
City View Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the
City of Fridley design =tes 57th Place as the front=age street for
Blocks 3, 4, 5, and 6 of City View Addition.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that homes built on Blocks 3 and 4 of
City View Addition be constructed so .Ps to have their fronts facing
57th Place or in a Southerly direction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that homes built on Blocks 5 and 6
of City View Addition be constructed so as to have their fronts
facing 57th Place or in a Northerly direction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above resolution shall not
a0 y to corner lots in the said Blocks, but that said lots shall be
governed by the existing City Ordinances.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the-administration shall not
grant exceptions to this resolution, but that persons desiring
variances shall proceed by requesting a variance and by following
the procedure set forth in the existing Code of Ordinances of the
City of Fridley.
