BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley needs a municipal garage; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley, along with the Anoka County
Commissioners has condemned land for said garage; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley does not have sufficient monies
for the construction of said garage; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley acquired plans and specifications
for a municipal garage and has received bids for the construction of
said garage; and
WHEREAS, the Fridley Volunteer Firemen's Relief Association
has additional funds to invest.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City of Fridley is
authorized to lease said lands to the Fridley Volunteer Firemen's
Relief Association contingent upon the Fridley Volunteer Firemen's
Relief Association constructing said garage according to the plans
and specifications approved by the City of Fridley and upon the
further contingence that the Fridley Volunteer Firemen's Relief
Association further agrees to enter into a lease purchase agreement
for said building with the City of Fridley.

PLANS, THE AWARDING

CONTRACTS AND THE LEASING OF
A BUILDING TO BE BUILT
BY
THE FRIDLEY VOLUNTEER FIREMEN'S
RELIEF ASSOCIATION.
