RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1968 -1 AND
ST. 1968 -2 (MSAS)
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 193 -1967 of the City Council adopted the
201 day of November, 1967, set the date for hearing on the proposed imp-
rovements, as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached here-
to for reference as Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to
be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in said notice)
were given ten (10) days notice by mail and published notice of the Council
Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the required notice, and the
hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon at the hearing, as
noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution
No. 193 -1967 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed
as soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
The improvements as noted under the Construction Item
in the Notice of.Hearing (in Exhibit "A ") for the following

this improvement. He shall prepare final plans and specifi-
cations for the making of such improvement.
