RESOLUTION NO. 21 - 1967
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
' ON PARCEL 200, PART OF LOT 8, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION #103, WHICH HAS BEEN
REPLATTED AS LOT 1, BLOCK 1, PARCEL 10, LOT 2, BLOCK 1, PARCEL 50, AND LOT 3,
BLOCK 1, PARCEL 100, FROID'S ADDITION.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcel,
to -wit: Parcel 200, Part of Lot 8, Auditor's Subdivision #103, are the
part now platted as Lot 1, Block 1, Parcel 10, Lot 2, Block 1, Parcel 50,
and Lot 3, Block 1, Parcel 100, Froid's Addition, may and shall be apportioned
and divided as follows:
