A RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
STATE OF MINNESOTA. DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS, TO
INSTALL TRAFFIC SIGNAL ON TRUNK HIGHWAY NO. 65
AND STATE HIGHWAY NO. 8 (OSBORNE ROAD).
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Fridley enter into an agree-
ment with the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the follow-
ing purposes, to -wit:
To install a traffic control signal on Trunk Highway
No. 65 at its intersection with County State Aid
Highway No. 8 (Osborne Road) in accordance with the
terms and conditions set forth and contained in
Agreement No. 55313, a copy of which was before the
Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Clerk be and they
hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume
for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations con-
tained therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 20TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1967.
