A RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT, FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
WATER, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER, PROJECT NO. 84
(ADDENDUM #1).
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be
in the interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners affected
thereby,
WHEREAS, the property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed with the making of these improvements have petitioned the
City to install these improvements by Petition No. 3 -1967, and also
they have waived the requirements for public hearing by a letter .
dated March 3, 1967.
THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Fridley as follows:
1. That the preliminary report for the Project No. 84, Addendum N1
submitted by Comstock and Davis, Inc., Consulting Engineers, is hereby
received and accepted.
2. The following improvements are hereby ordered to be effected
and completed as soon as possible, to -wit:
a) Relaying of sanitary sewer line between manhole at
intersection of Madison and Cheri Lane and the manhole
West of it.
b) Water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer and appurtenances
serving all properties bounded by Interstate No. 694 in
the North, 53rd Avenue in the South, Highway No. 65 in
the East_ and Monroe Street extended North on the West side.
3. The work to be performed under this project may be performed
under one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt
of bids.
4. Comstock R Davis, Incorporated, Consulting Engineers, are
hereby designated as Engineer for this improvement. They shall
prepare final plans and specifications for making of such improvement.
