RESOLUTION NO. 42 - 1967
A RESOLUTION REGARDING PARTICIPATION IN
STORM SEWER PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota as follows:
WHEREAS, Target, Inc., has petitioned the City to install
a storm improvement project draining excess waters from the southwest
quadrant of Interstate #694 and Minnesota A3ghway #65; and
WHEREAS, a portion of said excess water drains from highway
right -of -way.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Fridley City Council
hereby requests the Minnesota Highway Department to participate in
the cost of constructing said storm sewer facilities.
