RESOLUTION NO. 45 -1967
-A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING
OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PARCEL 270, LOTS 8, 9, 10,
' AND 11, BLOCK 2, OAK GROVE ADDITION.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcel
to -wit: Lots 8, 9, 10, and 11, Block 2, Parcel 270, Oak Grove Addition,
may and shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
