RESOLUTION NO. 47 -1967
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING
OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 31, BLOCK I, PARCEL 2230,
AND LOT 32, BLOCK I, PARCEL 2235, RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS
ADDITION.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been combined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
THAT the assessments levied against the following described parcels
to -wit: Lot 31, Block I, Parcel 2230, and Lot 32, Block I, Parcel 2235,
Riverview Heights Addition, may and shall be combined as follows:
