RESOLUTION NO. 48 -1967
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
ON PARCEL 2250, LOT 35, BLOCK I, AND PARCEL 2255, LOT 36, BLOCK I, RIVER
VIEW HEIGHTS ADDITION.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
THAT the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to -wit:
Lot 35, Block I, Parcel 2250, and Lot 36, Block I, Parcel 2255, Riverview
Heights Addition, may and shall be apportioned and combined as follows:
