RESOLUTION NO. 55 -1961
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF SPECIAL ASSESS-
MENTS ON LOT 14A, BLOCK 1, PARCEL 320, AND LOT 14B, BLOCK 1, PARCEL
340, LYNDALE BUILDERS 4TH ADDITION.
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect
' to certain land and said land has subsequently been combined.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: Lot 14A, Block 1, Parcel 320, and Lot 14B, Block 1, Parcel 340,
Lyndale Builders 4th Addition, may and shall be combined as follows:
