RESOLUTION NO. 56 -1967
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 15A, BLOCK 1, PARCEL 360, AND LOT 15B, BLOCK 1,
PARCEL 380, LYNDALE BUILDERS 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with tespect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been combined.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: Lot 15A Block 1, Parcel 360, and Lot 15B, Block 1, Parcel
380, Lyndale Builders 4th Addition, may and shall be combined as follows:
