A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 16A, BLOCK 1, PARCEL 400, AND LOT 16B, BLOCK
1, PARCEL 420, LYNDALE BUILDERS 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been combined.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels
to -wit: Lot 16A, Block 1, Parcel 400, and Lot 16B, Block 1, Parcel
420, Lyndale Builders 4th Addition, may and shall be combined as
follows:
