RESOLUTION NO. 58 -1967
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON PARCEL 8980, S. 20' OF LOT 2, BLOCK 26; PARCEL
9005, LOTS 3 & 4, BLOCK 26, AND PARCEL 9020, LOT 5, (Except S.17')
BLOCK 26, HYDE PARK ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been combined.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: Parcel 8980, S. 20' of Lot 2, Block 26; Parcel 9005, Lots
3 & 4, Block 26; and Parcel 9020, Lot 5 (Ex. S. 17'), Block 26, Hyde
Park Addition.
