RESOLUTION NO. 59 -1967
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 30, BLOCK 7, PARCEL 1370, AND LOT 31, BLOCK 7,
PARCEL 1375, SPRING BROOK PARK ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been combined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following deasribed parcels,
to -wit: Lot 30, Block 7, Parcel 1370, and Lot 31, Block 7, Parcel 1375,
Spring Brook Park Addition, may and shall be combined as follows:
