RES 1967-64 - 0001069480 RESOLUTION NO. 64 -1967 A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS THEREOF: STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1967 -1 (ADDENDUM %1) WHEREAS, the Petition No. 1 -1967 received and filed by the City for the improvement of Hugo Street from East River Road to East end of the Street BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley as follows: ' 1. That it appears in the interest of the City and of the property owners affected that there be constructed certain improvements, to- wit: Street Improvements, including grading, stabilized-base, hot - mix, bituminous mat, concrete curb and gutter, incidental drainage, water and sewer services and other facilities, located as follows: Street Petition No. Hugo Street: East River Road to East End of Street 1 -1967 2. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to draw the preliminary plans and specifications and to tabulate the results of his estimates of the costs of said improvements, including every item of cost from inception to completion and all fees and expenses incurred (or to be incurred) in connection therec•;ith, or the financing thereof, and to make a preliminary report of his findings, stating therein whether said improvements are feasible and whether they can best be made as proposed, or in connection with some other improve- ments (and the estimated cost as recommended), including also a description of the lands or area as may receive benefits therefrom and as may be proposed to be assessed. 3. That the City Clerk shall act to ascertain the name and address of the owner of each parcel of land directly affected or with the area of lands as may be proposed to be assessed for said improvements (and each of them); and upon receipt from said Engineer of the said preliminary report, calculate estimates of assessments as may be proposed relative thereto against each of said lands. 4. That said preliminary report of the Engineer and estimates of assessments of the Clerk, shall be furnished to the Council, and made available for inspection to the owner of any parcel of land as may be affected thereby at any public hearing held relative thereto, as well as at any prior time reasonable and convenient.
