RES 1967-70 - 00010706RESOLUTION NO. 70 -1967 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 81 WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council April 17, 1967 the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assess- ment of the cost of Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 81, WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 8th day of May 1967 at 8:00 P.M. to pass upon the pro- posed assessment for Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 81. 2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting. KIRKHAM F11 J CITY OF FRIDLEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA NOTICE OF HEARING OF ASSESSMENT STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 81 STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 81 The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons inter- ested, in the office of the Clerk of said City. At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections to the proposed assessments for each of said improve- ments. The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construction of storm sewer mains and connecting lines in the lands and streets designated in manner as follows: Storm Sewer and appurtenances in and serving the area bounded as: Commencing at the intersection of 73rd Avenue N.E. and Able Street, thence east on 73rd Avenue N.E. to Highway #65, thence north on Highway #65 to Osborne Road, thence west on Osborne Road to Able Street extended, thence south on Able Street to place of beginning. The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is all that land benefitted by said improvements or each of them and abutting on or lying adjacent to the above named area. Said,imL-'rovements will be assessed against the properties within 'the'above noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein contained according to the benefits received.
