RESOLUTION NO. 73 -7.967
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Fridley that the
streets hereinafter described should be designated the Municipal State Aid
Streets under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley
County of Anoka, that the streets described as follows, to -wit:
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 330: 57th Avenue from MSA X6312 (7th Street)
east to Quincy Street, south on Quincy
Street to Carrie Lane, east on Carrie Lane -
to Jackson Street, north on Jackson Street
to 58th Avenue, east on 58th Avenue to
MSA No. 315 (Moore Lake Drive).
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 331: 75th Avenue from County Road No. 35 (Central
Avenue) to Ramsey County Road No. 124
(Stinson Boulevard),
be, and hereby are established, located and designated the Municipal State Aid
Streets of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways
of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner
of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designa-
tion of said streets or portion thereof, that the same be constructed, improved
and maintained as the Municipal State Aid Streets of the City of Fridley, to
be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Streets 330 and 331 respectively.
