RESOLUTION NO. 75 -1967
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING
A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE I- TATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF
CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS: STORM SEWER PROJECT N0. 5 -C
(ADDENDUM ail)
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be in
the interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners affected thereby.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley as
follows:
1. That the preliminary report submitted by Comstock & Davis,
Incorporated, Consulting Engineers, is hereby received and
accepted.
2. That this Council will meet on the 1st day of May, 1967 at
5:00 o'clock P.M. at the City Hall in the City of Fridley for
the purpose of holding a Public Hearing on the improvement
noted in the Notice attached hereto and made a part thereof
by reference, Exhibit "A ".
3. That the area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and
each of them as noted in said notice are all the lands and areas
as noted in said notice. All of the same to be assessed propor-
tionately according to the benefits received.
4. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to give notice
of such Public Hearing by publishing a notice thereof in the
official newspaper of the City of Fridley according to law, such
notice to be substantially in the form and substance of the notice
attached hereto as Exhibit "A ".

NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
STORM SEWER PROJECT #5 -C (ADDENDUM #1)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, has deemed it necessary and expedient that the improvements
hereinafter described be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 1st day of
May, 1967 at 8:00 o'clock P.M., the City Council will meet at the City.
Hall in said City, and will at said time and place, hear all parties
interested in said improvements in whole or in part.
The general nature of the improvement is the construction (in
the lands and streets noted below) of the following improvement, to -wit:
CONSTRUCTION ITEM
Storm sewer and appurtenances in and serving the area
bounded as:
61st Avenue on the North side: 60th Avenue on the South side:
2nd Street on the East side: Main Street on the West side:
pursuant to M.S.A. Sections 429.011 to 429.111.
ESTIMATED COST . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $3,360.00
The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement is the property contained within
the area above described.
