RESOLUTION NO
82 - 1967
A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
OF THE FRIDLEY POLICE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the Fridley Police Civil Service Commission has
made a report and recommendations to the Fridley City Council
regarding the removal of a certain television set from the Police
Department; and
WHEREAS, certain people have stated that this removal may
constitute a violation of the City Ordinances or State Statutes.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Fridley City Council
hereby instructs the City Administration to forward said report of
the Fridley Police Civil Service Commission together with all
supporting evidence thereto to the Anoka County Attorney for his
review .nd comment.
