RESOLUTION NO. 89 -1967
RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Fridley that the
street hereinafter described should be revoked as Municipal State Aid Street
under the provisions of Minnesota Laws;
N014 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, County of Anoka that the street described as follows, to -wit;
MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET NO. 318: Forty -ninth Avenue Northeast from
Main Street to Trunk Highway No. 47
be, and hereby is revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City
subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of
Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to fonaard two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner
of Highways for his consideration.
