RESOLUTION N0. 96 -1967
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIIATES OF COSTS THEREOF: WATER,
SANITARY SEWER AND STOIM SEWER PROJECT NO. 84 (ADDENDUM #l)
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 67 -1967 of the City Council adopted the 3rd
day of April, 1967, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements,
as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached hereto for reference
as Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in said notice)
were given ten (10) days notice by mail and published notice of the Council
Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the required notice, and the
hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon at the hearing, as
noted in said notice, and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 128 -1966 adopted by the City Council on
August 15, 1966 ordered all of the improvement under Project No. 82 as pro-
posed by Council Resolution No. 98 -1966.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution
No. 67 -1967 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as
soon as reasonably possible, to -wit:
All of the improvements as noted in the notice of hearing
on the same as are noted (in Exhibit "A ") in said notice
That the work above may be consolidated with other areas
as one improvement.
2. That the work to be performed under this project may be performed
under one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon
receipt of bids.
3. That Comstock & Davis, Incorporated are hereby designated as
the Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare final
plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
