A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS '
ON PARCEL 2710, PART OF SECTION 12 (SEE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION BELOW) —
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels to -wit:
Parcel 2710, The S'1y 370' of N'ly 1120' of NE4 of N1J4, Sec. 12- 30 -24,
and that part of the S. 370' of N. 1120' of Nye #'v of NY-4 of Sec. 12 -30 -24
lying E'ly of State Trunk Hwy. #65.
(Subject to the rights of the City of Fridley under an Indenture dated
Sept. 24, 1964 between said party of the first part & said City of
Fridley relating to the following described portion of the premises
