SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING MINUT�S OP APRIL 25, 1968
The Special Council Meeting of April 25, 1968 was called to order by
Mayor Kirkham at 9:0� P.M.
ROLL CALL;
MED4BERS PRESENT: Kirkham, Harris, Liebl, Sheridan, Samuelson
MEMBERS ABSENT. None
RESIDENTIAL EQUIVALENT CONNECTIONS (RECs) ON INDUSTRIAL AND CODIMERCIAL
ONNECTIONS:
A short discussion was held concerning the assignment of RECs on newly
constructed industxial and commerclal buildings in Pridley. Coumcil-
man Harris made a MOTION that the City blanager and City Attorney be
directed to prepare a resolution or ordinance estaUlishing policy
relating to Residential Equivalent Connections on industrial and com-
mercial connections, The motion was seconded by Councilman Samuelson,
all ayes, the motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Mayor Kirkham declared the Special
Council Meeting oP }�pril 25, 1968 adjourned at 9.10 P.M.
