RESOLUTION NO. 6 . 1968
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
ON PARCEL 1980, PART OF LOTS 12 AND 25, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION 8423
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcel to -wit:
Parcel 1980, Lots 12 and 25 (Subject to road easement over southerly 12 feet,
except tr. to Sakry, including road easement, except tr. to Skalman, except
tr. to Schiller, except part to Zera, Inc., and all of Lot 25 except part of
Lots 12 and 25 platted as Johnson's River Lane Addition), Auditor's Sub-
division #23, may and shall be apportioned and divided as follows:
