A RESOLUTION ABATING A PORTION OF THE ASSESSMENT
FOR THE 1966 -1 STREET PROJECT ON LOT 18, BROOK -
VIEW ADDITION
WHEREAS, an agreement has been entered into with the
owners of Lot 18, Brookview Addition concerning the amount of
special assessments for the 1966 -1 Street Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the
City of Fridley, that the principal amount of the 1966 -1 Street
Project on Lot 18, Brookview Addition be reduced to $532.10.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the payment of $532.10
to the owner of Lot 18, Brookview Addition in payment of
street easement is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
