RESOLUTION 103 - 1968
A RESOLUTION SETTING ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES FOR WEED MOWING
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has entered into a contract
for the purpose of mowing weeds and unsightly growth within the
City of Fridley, and
WHEREAS, certain administrative expenses are incurred in
the administration of this policy, including labor and postage
for registered letters,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City
of Fridley as follows:
That administrative charges in the amount of 25% of the
contractor's bill will be added to all bills for mowing
that are submitted to the County Auditor's office for
collection. In no advent will the administrative charge
exceed $10.00.

FRIDLEY THIS .5TH DAY OF AUGUST , 1968.
