A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON
PARCEL 1020 (PART OF LOT 8) AND PARCEL 1050 (PART OF LOTS 8, 9, A14D 10), AUDITOR'S
SUBDIVISION NO. 155
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been combined,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to -wit:
Parcels 1020 and 1050, Auditor's Subdivision No. 155, may and shall be apportioned
and combined as follows:
