RESOLUTION NO. 11 — 1968
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE OPTION
CONTRACT WITH ING. T. SIVERTS, JR., AND GRETA JEAN SIVERTS BY
THE CITY OF FRIDLEY CONCERNING THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY IN
AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 10
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously authorized the negotiation of
a real estate option contract with Ing T. Siverts, Jr., and Greta Jean Siverts
regarding the following property:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot One (1),
Revised Auditor's Subdivision No. 10; thence East
along the North Line Fifty and two hundredths (50.02)
feet to a point on the East Right of Way line of County
State Aid Road No. 35; thence South along the said East
Right of Way line to a point located Sixty -Six (66) feet
South of the North line of said Lot One (1), measured
parallel to the West line of Lot One (1) to the actual
point of beginning; thence continuing South along said
East Right of Way line to a point located Five Hundred
Fifty (550) feet South of the North line of said Lot One
(1) measured parallel to the blest line of said Lot One
(1); thence East parallel to the North line of said
Lot One (1) to a point located Five Hundred Seventy -Six
(576) feet East of the West line of said Lot One (1);
thence Northwesterly on a straight line toward the actual
point of beginning; thence terminating.
All being located in Section Thirteen (13) , Township Thirty
(30), Range Twenty -Four (24), City of Fridley, County of
Anoka, State of Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley
that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized and directed to execute said real
estate option contract on behalf of the City of Fridley. The said agreement
dated January 15, 1968.
