1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of construction
with respect to the €olictainrl named inprov mcnt, to -orit:
SANITARY SEWER, WATER, AND STORM SEIIER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 84
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated at
$115,006.00.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the Clerk shall forthwith
calculate: tho proper t,:o:.nts to be sp_cially assc_,s^_d for said
impre`IG::ont against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land
bena itcd by said iraprovcircnt according to law.
