A WHEREAS, By a resolution passed by the Council on August 19, 1963, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of SANITARY SEWER, WATER, AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT to. 84, and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Fridley, Anoka Coonty, Minnesota, on the 9th tc day of Se ;nber, :9 19, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. to pass upon the pro - posed asses >S=t for the following named improvement: SANITARY SEWER, WATER, AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 84 2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the time and place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at least two (2) III wooks prior to such meeting.
