RESOLUTION ORDL:I:ING PIPROVENENT AND FINAL PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF:
WATER, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER PROJECT NO. 88
(ADDENDUM A)
WHEREAS, Resolution No.15 -1968 adopted the 5th day of February, 1968,
by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements, as speci-
fically noted in the Notice of hearing attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A ",
and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
with the malting of these improvements (as noted in said Notice) were given ten (10)
days notice by mail and published notice of the Council ]leaning through two (2) weekly
publications of the required notice, and the hearing was held and the property owners
heard thereon at the hearing, as noted in said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution
No. 15 -1968 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as
soon as reasonably possible.
A. Sanitary sewer, watermains, laterals and service connections
to serve the following streets in Onaway Addition:
77th Way, Beech Street, Elm Street
That the work above may be consolidated with other areas as
one improvement.
2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed under one
or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of bids.
3. That the Consulting Engineers, Comstock 6: Davis, Inc., 1446 County Road
J, Minneapolis, are hereby designated as the Engineers for this improve -
went. They shall prepare final plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OIL' FRIDLEY THIS 3RD DAY OF
SEPTEMBER 1968.
