RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSME14T FOR STOW1 SELJER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ED. 87
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tha City of Fridley, Minnesota, as follcas:
1. The City Clark has with the assistance of the engineers heretofore selected I
by this Council for such purpose, calculated the proper amounts to be
specially assessed for the
STORM SEVIER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 110. 87
in said City against every assessable lot, piccq or parcel of land in
accordance with the provisions of low, and has prepared and filed with the
City Clerk tabulated statcrants in duplicate shaving the proper description
of each and every lot, piece, or parcel of land to be spatially assessed and
the amount calculated against the same.
2. Notice has boon duty published as required by lair that this Council would
meet in regular session at this tine and place to pass on the proposed
asses=ant.
g. Said proposed assessment has at all times since its filing boon opon to
inspection and copying by all persons interested, and an opportunity has
boon given to ail interested persons to present their objections, if any,
to such proposed assessment, or to any itca thereof, and no objections
have been filed; except None
4. The c-vunts specified in the proposed assestmant are changed and altered
as foilows: None '

7. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted, and confira-ad shall L-2 cr.r•tified to
by the City Clerk, and filet; in his office arid shall, thereupon lie avid con-
stitute the special assess,�ent for '

8. The - mounts assessed against each lot, piece, or parcel of land shall boar
interest from the dntc h:)rfaof until the _c.. have bx:n paid at tL- -s rate of
six per cent (6 %) per annum.
9. Such assessa::ent shall be payabl^ in twenty annual install -:oats payable on the
1st day of Jar+,vZry in each year, baginning in the ysar 1965, and cc;itiruir.g
