A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
SANITARY SEWER, WATER, AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
#88
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of
construction with respect to the following named im-
provement, to -wit:
SANITARY SEWER, WATER, AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT #88
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated
at $250,000.00.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the Clerk shall
forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be specially
assessed for said improvement against every assessable
lot, piece, or parcel of land benefited by said im-
provement according to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
THIS 3RD DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1968.
