A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
SANITARY SEWER, HATER, AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. ES
WHEREAS, By a resolution passed by the Council on September 3, 1968, the City
Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of SANITARY
SEWER, WATER, AND STORM SEVT R IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 88, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment
roll has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of
Fridley, Anoka County. Minnesota, on the 23rd day of
Septtembeerr, _1968 , at 6 :$5 o'clock P.M. to pass upon
the proposed assessment for the following ns;rned improvement:
SANITARY SEWER, WATER, AND STOR. =t SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 88
2. The City Manager shall publish notices of the tine and place
of meeting in the official newspaper of the City, at least
two (2) reeks prior to such mooting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 3RD
DAY OF SEPTEMBER , 1968.

KOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Council of the City of Fridley will c.et
at the City Hail in said City on the 23rd dray of Septce3ser,
at 8s45 P.M., to hear and pass upon al o� bjections, if any, to the pro-
posed assess ants in respect to the following improv want, to -wit:

The proposed assessment roil for each of said ir.provamonts is now on file
and opan to public inspection by all persons interested, in the offic of
the Clerk of said City.
At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections to
the proposed assa3voonts for each of said iraprov; ants.
The general nature of the improvements and each of th= is the installation
of sanitary scwor and water laterals and service connections and stoma
sewar and appurtenances in the lands and streets d3signated in f.;ann,:!r as
follows:
STORM SEWER
Area south of Onondaga, west of East Corporate Limits, north of
69th Avenue (County Road H), and east of Contra] Avenue.
HATER AND SEWER LATERALS AND SERVICE CCaNECTIONS
In tha streets and public right -of -way in the following areas
south of 73rd Avenue, north of the Minnesota Transfer Railroad
right -of -way, east of T.H. No. 65, and Est of Central Avenue.
-HATER AND SEWER LATERALS AND SERVICE CONNECTIONS
South of 73rd Avanuo, west of the East Corporate Limits, east
of Central Avenue, and north of Rice Creek.
The area proposed to be assessed for said improvcmonts and each of them is
all that land benefited by said irzprovcments or each of then and lying within
the areas bounded by the following lines:

Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above ,
noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands th_rein
contained according to the bcne-fits received. The total cost of the irprove-
ment is $250,000.00
